Large and bright apartment on the first floor which is accessed by a marble staircase. consists of a double bedroom, a room with a single bed and a bed, living room with sofa bed, smart-TV, kitchen with induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, blender, washing machine, iron, bathroom with shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating.
From the apartment you can enjoy a magnificent view of Cefalu and the sea. On a clear day from the balconies you can see the Aeolian Islands. The floor is crushed marble with Greek decor that reflect the first '900.
Each apartment has a safe and autonomous alarm system.
