IL DONO DI ATENA - CEFALU'
"The Athena's gift (il dono di Atena)" is the ideal place for your vacations, to relax, surrounded by the quietness, in rooms recently renovated and equipped with all amenities: swimming pool, air conditioning and heating, hot water produced by environmental sources (solar panels and boiler pellet), TV, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi in all rooms and outside, induction hobs, oven, freezer, washing machine, wall sockets to charge your smartphones and tablets, facility for listening music at the pool and in the garden, free parking. "The Athena's gift" is very close to the highway exit of Cefalu and 4 km from Cefalù's historic center.
From the estate you can enjoy a great view of the Norman cathedral, the Rocca of Cefalù, the sea and the Aeolian islands.
The surrounding land is farmed organically and we produce extra virgin olive oil of high quality and citrus fruits.
At "The Athena's gift (il dono di Atena)" it is also possible to organize events both outdoors and inside the large gazebo.
The sanitization of the linen is entrusted to our certified partner Tutonet.

Vacanze in villa a Cefalù
“Le don d’Athena” est le lieu idéale pour se relaxer dans le calme et dans le bien-être. La demeure vient d’être remarquablement restauré dans le respect de la tradition tout en la dotant du confort qui s’impose aujourd’hui : piscine, chauffage et climatisation, télé satellite, eau chaude sanitaire produite par des énergies renouvelables (panneaux solaires et chaudière à granulés de bois), sèche-cheveux, accès internet libre en Wifi dans les locaux et à l’extérieur, plaque de cuisson à induction, four, réfrigérateur avec congélateur, lave-linge, prise pour recharger smartphone et tablet, chaine hifi pour écouter la musique dans la piscine et dans le jardin, parking gratuit sur place.
« Le don d’Athena » est très proche au péage de Cefalù et il est à 4 kilomètres du centre historique.
Le domaine offre une belle vue de la cathédrale normande de Cefalù, de la « Rocca » (le promontoire rocheux), de la mer et des iles Eoliennes.
Le terrain environnant la maison est cultivé en agriculture biologique et il produit huile d’olive vierge extra de haute qualité et agrumes.
Au "Le don d'Athena", il est également possible d'organiser des événements à l'extérieur et à l'intérieur du grand gazebo.
